DONT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. If you want reliability then don’t buy from here. Myself, along with a number of customers have brought a vehicle from here. On first appearance, cars look good and the staff will talk nice to you. However once you drive off the forecourt, they will treat you like crap and the owner will see you as just another customer lining his pockets. He doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. problems will start with the car and the warranty they provide is useless and won’t pay out. Long story short, I bought a car and it had a recall on it, I was then given a courtesy car which was a complete shed.the engine management light was on and they said it was fine to drive. Whilst I had the courtesy car I then got pulled over by the police because it had no TAX.. I’ve spoken with other customers who have recently brought vehicles and they all have the same issue. Many of the 5 star comments have been made either whilst the customer has just brought the vehicle or just after. So these don’t reflect the real review satisfaction. This place puts on a good front but if you dig a little, soon cracks will show. PLEASE PLEASE don’t waste your money. To the owner, Your lack of respect for customers is a joke to say the least. You get paid a good sum each year and you can’t even do the basics of respecting the customer. You have lost yet another customer and I hope other customers read this review and decide not to buy from you. No doubt you will delete this review as it highlights the truth about you and your company. It don’t you worry, I will keep posting until people get the message.
