Terrible customer service

Sick of chasing for an update for my car that’s in with the service team. Doesn’t take 2 minutes to pick up the phone and call the customer. Constantly having to call them with promises of a call back that never comes. I need my car for work which I’ve consistently explained to them but it feels like they don’t care and won’t even offer a courtesy car for the inconvenience. I’m now left with no car for Monday and no way update on what’s happening with my car?!
