I was intending to buy a used 2023 Audi Q3 from Northampton Audi via Auto trader.Your sales person contacted our home and spoke with my wife.She told him we wanted to buy the Q3 and also had an Audi A1 we wanted to part exchange and the rest of the money would be made up in cash.Agreed it was necessary to see the car to valuate.We wanted to visit on the Saturday, but the young man advise we come early on Sunday morning as it was not so busy.We arrived at 10-00am as requested after travelling 40 miles to be told the car had been sold at 6-00pm on Saturday.No effort was made to contact us beforehand.This is a disreputable way to run a business and if we had been asked would have put a deposit on the car.Wrongly we assumed your company had some integrity and were badly treated.We have bought three new Audi cars from other Audi dealers, but I would not recommend doing business with Northampton Audi.
