No communication.

Bought a bike from them last year, unfortunately the bike is too heavy and bike to get into the tight spot at my property, I asked if I could p/x and they said yes, but get back to them with settlement from finance company, I did this and over last few weeks have messaged, emailed, phoned over and over, yet no one has bothered to get back to me, completely been ghosted by them.
