Don’t trust this person

My partner is currently having issues with this dealership and Jack who mis-sold us a car on finance to find it has had over 40 fault codes deleted before it was MOT’d that have no appeared he had the car back for a few days to sort the wheels and body work as promised and the car has come back damaged and filthy we are now rejecting the car and he is arguing with the finance company saying he won’t take the car back. Truly a con man just out to rob people blind and taking no responsibility at all he’s only in it for the money even when he knows you have young children going in a car which is faulty. I don’t know how he sleeps at night I also know he scammed a neighbour out of £6000 a few years back for again selling a battered car that he sold as a great condition car.
