IONIQ 5 TEST DRIVE

Very poor customer care from sales guy. Really liked the vehicle and offered my 2019 vehicle as a trade in but received quite a low price for my vehicle. He said to leave it for the time being and he’d see if he could get me a bit more for my vehicle. In the meantime he’d arrange for a test drive next Tuesday as we’d called in on the Saturday and the Bank holiday was Monday. My wife and I were looking. forward to the test drive as. It was a full electric as opposed to our Hybrid . Anyhow he never called on Tuesday after 2pm as he said he would. On the Wednesday he called without any apology or mention of the test drive and abruptly stated that he tried to get more but it was worth even less than what he thought however he would honour his original offer. Wow!,, Playing mind games. Unprofessional ,Unscrupulous are just 2 adjectives I’d use to describe this dealership. Terrible experience.
