Don't trust ford

My daughter purchased a used car from Trust ford Ballymena and what a mistake it was. The cam belt broke as she was on her work it took 2 hours+ to get someone in the service department whoever answered phone said they would email the service department down stairs .After 3 hours at the side of a road we had to arrange a breakdown recovery service our self. Cost £116 When she asked for a courtesy car we were told there was none asked about a hire car we're told they don't do car hire arrange your own. It took 4 days to replace the cam belt no engine damage. Tried to claim the car hire through ford warranty but denied as the job was only 4.5 hours PLEASE DON'T TRUST FORD
