No communication

We had a car delivered to us in December 2024 as we saw it advertised on car guru. Car was delivered & part exchanged with our Range Rover. On the site it said the car had full service history, which was one reason we decided to buy. There was no service history that came with the car , no MOT , No paperwork at all . We have sent several emails, with no response, have tried to phone but phone was put down on us . There’s people are to be avoided. We are now going to make the journey to Manchester to see them face to face & want an answer to why they have been avoiding us
