AVOID AT ALL COST

Avoid Hilton Car Supermarket -terrible customer service! I paid in full for a Mercedes, was told I could collect it on Thursday, then at the last minute, they delayed it for a week with no confirmed date. I had already insured the car, sold my old one, and taken time off work. After multiple calls for days on end, I found out the car had a cracked alloy-something they should have checked before selling it! No real solutions, just delays and excuses. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time, Ben the so called sales guy took to just ignoring calls and i had to call persistently on the land line to get a response, the response was they did not know when the car would be ready. Would not recommend to my worst enemy as even robert the apparent head of sales simply fobbed me off with well there's nothing we can do, we're waiting for a wheel. worst company ever.
