Avoid this company at all costs! I bought a car from them over six weeks ago, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. • Still no V5 in my name – the police confirmed it’s still registered to someone else! • Had to pay for my own MOT – something they should have sorted. • Constant chasing – over 15 times, and they still don’t resolve anything. • Car left the forecourt untaxed with the wrong plates – I unknowingly drove 80 miles in an untaxed vehicle after Russell deceived me about its tax status! • Service history still missing – told 6-8 weeks, but Lamborghini says it only takes days. • Rear bumper was damaged on collection – they had to pick the car up again the next day to sort it. • Wrap was poorly done & already peeling – completely unacceptable for a high-end purchase. • They prioritise sales over aftercare – shocking customer service, full of broken promises. • Aaron, the sales agent, doesn’t get back to me and clearly has little resource to resolve issues. • David, the owner, now wants me to do a podcast – don’t worry, David, I’ll be doing an honest one. They want to sell cars but don’t have the professional team or organisation to do so. Check their other reviews – the rest of the industry is well aware of their reputation. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear!
