I was just on the cusp of purchasing a van from these guys, I was happy with the service initially, until I was warned off them by TWO very large finance companies due to having action against them and a credit rating of 1 out of 100. I was told by this dealership that wasn't them but another company based in Walsal with the same name (i was told they are connected), I don't know if any of this is true but it naturally put me off so I bailed out. I had not paid a deposit but I had paid £300 for delivery, they now refuse to refund this, stating it was already with the person delivering it and they'd been paid. Absolutely NO car sales place will start the delivery process without payment being made on the vehicle, I had paid NOTHING towards this car so its pretty clear they've just decided to keep my 300 pounds. For me, I'd say these guys are best avoided. A shame really as they seemed OK in the beginning. They'll respond to this saying that the car was on its way, again, no dealership on earth will release a car thats not been paid for.
