Shocking customer service

Paid £1k deposit to hold car. Travelled 8hrs there and back to view and roadtest the car. agreed on a few issues on bodywork to be sorted and wanted the car serviced at the dealership before collection. They then asked me for another £9k when they agreed to service car. i explained i wasnt collecting for another few weeks, few days later i was emailed for more money! which i refused as £10k deposit was too much in first place. I then get a call from owner saying he sold my car to another client 2 days before i was travelling to collect… Absolute farse! Now bought my 488 from a Dealership where i felt very comfortable and treated with respect. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS
