The sales process is all very slick and professional. Handshakes all around After sales however, you see another side. Phone calls not returned - and that awful centralised service phone number ! Pretty standard for a car dealer perhaps....but I bought a brand new Golf GTI here. Pretty car but with an unworkable user interface screen, John Deer style transmission and faults from the get go It also has nice fogged up rear lights. Which are apparently "acceptable" and not eligible for repair or replacement The car in 1 month old ! Worst car I've ever owned. Worst dealer I've ever dealt with. Worst manufacturer I've ever dealt with Don't do it to yourself. Go to BMW or Volvo or something instead
