Disgusting customer service

Avoid this garage like the plaque! 2 weeks in with my vehicle and the car was in a broken down situation at a Land Rover dealership due to a water pump failure following me taking the car to fix the recall they failed to also do. They made me sign a rubbish piece of paper that if any faults vehicle needs to be returned, yet the official documentation states different aswel as the claims policy in which I followed as per the confirmed process. £750 out of pocket for the repair and they refuse to make any contribution as the vehicle was not driven 3 hours back to them in a dangerous and life threatening situation. What jokers. They even sold the car with an out of date fuel emission canister which expired in 2022! Escalated with ombudsman where instead of claiming 50% back I will be claiming the full 100% Avoid!
