Lacking in manners and integrity

Originally looking for a service I spoke to Glenn, and gave him all of the car details. I then enquired about selling car as it was something I was considering. Glenn informed the sales team and said I should come in. So I took my car to the dealership, expecting a valuation. The sales guy, Simon, informed me that they were not interested in purchasing a 2011 Lotus. I said, but I gave all of my car details and I was told you were interested. He did not even reply, having decided I was not worthy of even keeping eye contact. I left. Astounded. I had taken time off of work and driven 40mins to get to the dealership. I left and drove home again. A colossal waste of time and a complete lack of manners. Lovely selection of cars for sale, but the staff seem rude and incompetent. Even if they didn't want to buy my car, I am a true petrolhead and would have been very interested in one of their cars in the future. They've completely lost that opportunity; integrity matters greatly to me, much more than it does to Oakmere Mazda, I guess. A real shame.
