I would strongly advise anyone against dealing with Autoglobe Limited based on my frustrating and disappointing experience. I purchased a vehicle (YL65TDZ) from them, which came with a three-month warranty. After a repair was needed, the work was completed and paid for. However, Autoglobe Limited is now trying to avoid honoring the warranty, claiming that the payment for the repair constitutes a “full and final settlement” of the vehicle. This is completely unreasonable—a single repair does not void a legally agreed-upon warranty. To make matters worse, while they did offer me a full refund of the vehicle, I made it clear that I wanted to keep the vehicle and still have my warranty honored as originally agreed. Instead of respecting this, they are now refusing to uphold their legal obligations and have been uncooperative in responding to my requests for written clarification. Because of their unethical business practices, I now have no choice but to take them to court over this warranty issue. A company that tries to evade its responsibilities in this way shows a complete lack of integrity and customer care. If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle from Autoglobe Limited, be extremely cautious. A warranty means nothing if the company providing it will do everything they can to avoid honoring it. I would never trust them again and strongly advise others to stay away.
