Avoid This Dealership – Unethical Practices & Poor Customer Service My experience with this dealership was nothing short of appalling. I went to view a car and was asked for a deposit, which was taken directly from my card without any secure deposit system in place. After seeing the car, it became clear that it did not meet expectations—it had faults, was not factory compliant, and was misrepresented. When I requested a refund, they flat-out refused to return my money. The manager’s attitude was not only unprofessional but outright demeaning, even going as far as to mock me by saying, “Good luck getting your money back.” It is shocking that a business can operate this way, with no regard for customer rights or fair trading practices. Trading Standards and consumer protection authorities should seriously review their business model. I strongly advise others to stay away and take their business elsewhere to a dealership that values honesty and customer service.
