avoid like the plague

I wouldn’t even give them one star—this dealership is unbelievably bad and unprofessional. They rely on pressure tactics, rushing buyers through the process, which sadly worked on me—a young guy buying one of his first cars. I had driven 2 hours to visit this dump of a place. Before i begin, their treatment towards me was after I had been incredibly polite and trusting, (although sadly taken advantage of) through the whole process. When I arrived, the car was running, which I questioned politely. Steve responded rudely with some excuse about bringing it from their storage facility, then stormed off like a child throwing a tantrum. If that’s the case, why not turn it off while washing the car? This should have been my sign to leave, but I ignored it. The car was still wet from being cleaned—obviously a trick to cover up paint imperfections. They also sold me a car missing the SD card for the sat nav, and I trusted Steve’s handshake when he promised to send it. What a mistake trusting such a vacuous empty excuse of a man. Steve’s no man of his word, just a coward who doesn't know how to honor a commitment. They ignored my calls about this, then blocked my number. Before that, one of them had the nerve to laugh at me like it was all some joke. I hope their dishonest, sleazy business fails as hard as Steve’s weak, spineless excuse of a "man" ever will.
