Wow!! what a service i've just received RE- the incontrol App. Shahnaz,and Mark went further than the extra mile to work their "magic" to resolve the issues for my wife, and myself re- the App on our phones. They enlightened us to the various issues that was affecting the alert warning. Between them and the incontrol team they had at the end of their phone all issues were resolved, Mark reviewed the in car control centre and educated me on the dark arts of software issues that sometime occur.. Brilliant service,Brilliant team, it gives you a great feeling knowing that you leave with confidence knowing your vehicle is safe to drive. Thankyou Knutsford team..
