By far the worst Customer Service i have ever received. The staff didn't listen to the details given to them at the start of the process causing 3 different financial agreement to be drawn up over 4 days. They only care about the sale. This is even true when you call them. There is always someone to answer on the 'Sales 'option by never on the 'aftercare option' I was asked to pick the car up on a Saturday and when i arrived (after travelling 3 hours by train) the car was up on stilts in a garage, not ready to test drive,let alone take home- leaving me stranded in Essex until i managed to convince them to give me a courtesy car (petrol was not in the tank) and it was an IGO, very suitable for people for a 4 year old daughter wouldn't you say? False promises in delivering my car to home town were broken everyday for a week. Always with an excuse that someone was on holiday and therefore a part wasn't ordered, or a clean couldn't be organized. when i threaten to cancel the deal the car suddenly arrived the same day. It wasn't cleaned as promised and, fixes that were agreed at the beginning had not been completed, so why the delivery was delayed i still don't know! I ended up having the car cleaned and fixed myself and was reimbursed, which is not ideal when you are looking at £500-+ out of your pocket. Each person i dealt with including the 'director' of the company was useless, they constantly lie about calling me back and completing tasks for me, I've had no apology from them, in fact a manager had the nerve to have a go at me (calling me the wrong name whilst doing it ) when i asked for compensation for all the time wasted and money i had spent in getting the car in my possession and fixed. Jamie Bell you are a disgrace and should not be allowed to face the public. I bought the car in April and the sales man forgot to bring all my paperwork with him. I still have not received any form of documentation to legally tie the car to me, despite my efforts to have this changed, they continue to update wrong information with the DVLA or choose to do nothing at all. I would strongly advise anyone to use someone else unless you are willing to take on a lot yourself, are in no rush for a car and don't expect any help from the dealership. I have logged a complaint with Big cars- which shockingly no one has responded too.
