I visited the Exeter site on a Monday and I was given a warm welcome from the staff. I was looked after by Owen, who was so helpful and informative from beginning to end, making the whole process from a test drive, to part exchanging a very easy and enjoyable experience. Owen was very thorough, explaining all the purchase options and additional benefits and took his time with no pressure sale to get me the right deal. Just under 3hrs later the deal was done. My new car was delivered and mine collected on the Friday. I would highly recommend Hendy Cars and dealing with Owen.
