Inaccurate Listings. Avoid Cinch

Inaccurate listings and terrible customer service, please don't touch this company if you value your sanity. The car was listed as being without any imperfections, however, there were several inside and out when the car was delivered that were big enough to be fixed under the Cinch 'Used Quality Standards'. These clearly should have either been fixed or highlighted on the listing. This is what their own website says. I was disappointed when the car turned up, as it clearly did not match what was listed. I took photos and raised this with Cinch, but because I didn't do it within 48 hours (which is an internal policy apparently, that doesn't appear to be mentioned anywhere) they won't take any responsibility for the issue and just say their warranty doesn't cover it. All I actually wanted was an apology and an offer to get these imperfections fixed, which I would have accepted. Instead, I have been going back and forth over numerous emails to try and prove it wasn't me who caused these in the hope I won't get charged for these on returning the vehicle. You can't trust their listings, so I would avoid at all costs!
