After sales care is shockingly bad

Bought a £55,000 Kia Sorento, top spec from this dealer just over three years ago. The car itself is superb, although three years in, there are cracks appearing, with warranty issues. For example, I have an error message displayed showing that my parking sensors are blocked and or faulty, so I contact the garage to get this resolved. 6 weeks to get a booking!! Now, I've had multiple cars, from various brands over the years and I tend to change my cars regularly, and I've never, ever, been told I had to wait 6 weeks to get a warranty repair, especially for a three year old car, with 25,000 miles on it. All this tells me, is that they're de-prioritising existing customers, or jobs that don't bring them any money. It's disgusting and sadly, once resolved, I will be selling the car and going to a different brand that looks after its customers.
