Avoid this company,absolute cowboys!
Reserved the car all ok then it went downhill from there,wrong name on documents,wrong email address put down,continually chasing the salesmen for when we could pick it up,picked it up was told by another salesmen full service done all good to go. All plain sailing til a couple of days in,the car starts jerking when picking up speed,revometer going from 0 to 3 in seconds and also noticed a bulb out. Booked it into services,when arrival at reception we were told no courtesy cars available. Services phoned back next day nothing g wrong with the car,took it two test drives,didn't even take it into the work shop to get looked at.We reluctantly drove it back home. Contacted sales and spoke to the manager Martyn,very unhelpful and quite rude tbh,we asked where we stand in regards to returning the car and get the old car we used to trade-in,his reply "no can do as the car you bought isn't faulty",everything we said on the phone he was very dismissive and hung up on us. We have booked it into our normal reliable garage to get looked at properly and while on the phone we mentioned it was from bridgend,their response "you're kidding me that's the third car this month from they cowboys,they don't even check the cars properly they just throw them on to the forecourt looking for a quick sale." Please if you don't want constant hassle..avoid this company and go elsewhere,they might look all professional online and in person but they are hiding things and aren't interested if you report an issue with your purchase!
