Mistreatment of the customer
I bought a car from them yesterday and today I felt a strange sound. I called them and was notified to go to the nearest mechanical maintenance shop to find out the reason and the cost. It was about 10 minutes away from me. I actually went and the fault was determined to be the break baand and disc and the cost. I called them and they rejected the price and notified me to return the car to them to repair the fault, knowing that the matter was serious and this is what I told him and the distance is about two hours. I was informed that they will come to me to take the car for maintenance. I agreed to that and after about ten minutes I found that we had a problem because there was a time conflict between me and my wife, which means that I need another car and we will not be able to wait for a long time. I called them and explained what was happening, but unfortunately I was shocked by the person’s behavior on the phone. I called ten minutes ago and why did he call again? He was shouting on the phone without respecting the person he was talking to or respecting the customer or his rights. After that he told me that he would send me another car. Why was this offer not made in the first call? To avoid contacting again
