This should say ‘Do not Trust Ford’

I recently took my car to check why the engine management light had come on, because it came on a few weeks before and they said if it comes on again bring it in as some filter had a buildup of carbon. I also asked them to look at the rear washer as it had stopped working. When I took it in I picked up a courtesy car which was nice. Later that day they said they needed it for a second day. I went back the next day and pulled up next to my car, which hadn’t been washed, they said they had replaced a fuse for the washer and had updated the software on the central computer. I said that won’t have fixed the issue, they assured me it had. Next day I went to work and the rear washer wasn’t working, so they had lied, also the engine management light had come back on, so god knows what they had done for 2 days!
