Was cautious to visit judging by previous reviews however I am very glad I did They have really gone the extra mile to make things easy and hassle free. I phoned up originally about a Ford C-Max at first the phone wasn't answered so I called back. It appeared one of the team was on holiday at this point so only one member of team in on sales. Arranged to view the car and frankly I was impressed with the cleanliness of the vehicle and the information given to me when I viewed. I did notice a small rip on the seat which I wasn't told about on the phone but non of the team were aware when I asked. The previous MOT in 2015 mentioned disc brakes needed to be replaced. I asked if this has been done, Sam showed me the previous MOT in 2024 which had no mention of brakes being replaced but it didn't have it on the MOT so we can only but assume its been done. I would have thought this information would have been kept in the service book, Sam showed me the service book and all stamps were there, I asked about body corrosion and rust and she offered to show me the underside of the car as she will put it on a ramp and take pictures. She was reluctant to let me go in workshop and under the car when I asked as she said it was a health and safety issue. - I checked and she was right and she did show me a video. agreed a sale with her and bought the car. collected 3 days later which was great as originally told 7 to 10 days., overall a very good experience
