Recently bought car from Romford dealership. Received great service from Myron, who took over our purchase journey, after not a great start , and steered us through the process professionally. Also want to reference Kerry on reception , who always provides fantastic customer service. Also not forgetting Hassan who supported us in navigating a couple of internal technology issues that negatively impacted our journey. Things don’t always go smoothly but thankfully Hassan was able to intervene to ensure these issues were resolved satisfactorily and he provided a good solution to allow a good lasting impression.
