Mixed feelings. Pricey in the end.
Bought an A5 in January. Most of my experience was positive until once I took the car away the entertainment unit kept glitching. It would turn on and off again multiple times in even a 7 mile trip to work. They said they’d replace the part but after a month and a half I rang up for an update and they didn’t even have the part which strongly suggests I was being fobbed off. Also the price in the window of the car was £500 less than the price I was actually charged because ‘that’s what was on the website’ despite going in to the shop and never actually looking on the website. So in all overpaid for the car and was a fairly high price for the mileage anyways and the had to pay another £450 for a new entertainment system. Other than this I think the car is great just a shame about these issues
