Terrible service
Car purchased in July, delivered with badly damaged gearbox (should have been picked up in their checks AND by their delivery driver). Complaints through multiple channels ignored for days, eventually picked up because of negative Trustpilot review. An appointment at a garage wasn't arranged until a month later - for it to be plugged in to a fault reader for diagnosis. For a mechanical issue. Another month before it was eventually repaired. Courtesy car needed chasing, and left me without a car for a week. Complaint over both product and service rejected - despite the final resolution containing at least six major factual inaccuracies. Promised to reopen the complaint and investigate. New fault a month later, just outside the warranty. But Cinch clearly don't check their cars, so another request for repair under the Consumer Rights Act. Another month waiting for diagnostics. Two months for the part to be delivered. A van comes out....can't repair it. Booked by Cinch at Kwikfit, who won't fit customer supplied parts. Another wasted journey caused by Cinch. Rebooked, Kwikfit can't source the part. Agree to fit the customer supplied part....in three weeks. Offered alternative of Cinch service centre (why couldn't that be offered first time?) but no dates given for this to actually happen. Emails ignored (especially complaint emails) although this is nk longer surprising since they confirmed via WhatsApp (transcript available for evidence) that they lied about looking at my complaint again. Avoid at all costs.
