Trying to book into get breaks looked at

Called Parks EK to try and book vehicle in to get our breaks looked at. Was told I would be put through the service depart. Phone kept ringing and ringing and finally someone answered but they were from the Irvine Branch, she said she was transfer me back through but, again, the phone kept ringing out then it cut off. Whenever I keep trying to call again, same thing happened. Called 6 times and still no-one answers the call. Nothing like a great customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. UNHELPFUL!
