I checked all the usual stuff, and asked all the usual questions, but the one thing I forgot to ask about was that it had two keys. They never told me they only had one key - something it transpires they knew full well. Hence, upon having paid, and being given the key, I asked for the second key, and was told 'no there is only one key'. I did pursue this issue with them there and then, and also via e-mail and phone over the next few weeks, and they could not be less interested as they already had my money. Hence, just be very careful and double check everything, as if you do not find it or ask about they will not volunteer anything, even something obvious and important like two keys
