Ripped off

My aged parents recently purchased a brand new car. One request was ambient lighting. (Which we now know is an optional extra of only £100 ) but they we told had to add the luxury pack at £1500 to include it.(this then incurred the lizard tax) after taking delivery of car they realised no ambient light. Paid for something they didn’t want and didn’t receive what they asked for !! The dealership had been terrible and not responding. Now dealing with head office. I will continue to post these reviews and will be naming and shaming the sales agent. Offered £250 refund. What a joke! Absolutely disgusting.
