Inefficient and untrustworthy service

Due to the warranty, I had my first service for my MG at the South Ruislip service depot in September 2024. Since then, I have had nothing but terrible noises from the car. They took it in again and again but to no avail, until in Novemebr 2024, they thought they found the problem and fixed it. NO! The car makes even worse squeaky noises and also now a grinding noise everytime i brake and slow down. They have my car at the moment, and yet feel they cannot trace the problem. Not sure where they acquired their skills, but seems the team are nothing but jokers. There to have a good time and not actually getting the job done. Reception keep phoning trying to make excuses for them. Where do I go with this. Lovely car but now they (MG Service) have ruined it !!!
