Recall for my Mercedes

I received a recall letter from Mercedes UK regarding a recall issue on the A class. Booked in for the correction, And what an appalling service from start to finish! Rude, unfriendly staff, to the point I wanted to covertly record them to send to HR so they could see with their own eyes how appalling their representatives are. Secret boss you need to go there!! They also forgot my car had been finished and left me sitting in reception for TWO AND A HALF HOURS after being told it will take 30mins and this was after I asked them twice when will it be ready. I'm emailing head office. Dreadful. Zero stars.
