Not a peasant experience !
ust had my Mercedes car back post investigating what i thought was post service issues. Not a smooth experience as had to grovel and justify my purpose of visit.Despite being escalated to senior level ( so i was told by the booking team) no knowledge of my problems. The technician ( Akhil Davis)who dealt with me was fine and doing his job but the customer service experience was not one to be desired, not to the level one would expect from a prestigious brand such as Mercedes. I suggest Mercedes Leicester try and learn customer relations tips from Mercedes, Loughborough or even Audi, BMW and Volkswagen. Not a pleasant visit.
