Fantastic - couldn't have been better!

Tia was extremely warm, polite and helpful, whilst also being super professional. The process was made extremely easy, and everything asked was explained without my feeling rushed or foolish for asking the questions. The only reason that finance wasn't explained was due to being cash buyers - I literally am unable to give any constructive feedback as I don't believe anything could actually have been done any better than it was, or my experience improved in any way.
