Second service on fiat 500c.

Fiat 500c second service. Mileage 3,498. On 24.2.25. At Moorend garage. Cleckheaton. After a barrage of upselling calls car booked in. Had all day to service car. ie, 8.30am to 4.30pm.Arrived 3.45pm after being told car was being cleaned and would be ready in 10 mins. 35 mins later still no car. Reception staff went and collected my car . Car was wet through and inside had not been touched. On checking the service bill, I have been charged for 3 spark plugs total cost of £67.23. CarHAD DONE 3.498 miles. No way the car needed those new plugs! From first contact (up selling) to the service day it was a total shambles and a final bill of sale £438.89 for a second service! Hire car was filthy and damaged. I put £5 of fuel to keep to the hire Reg’s. From the barrage of upselling calls to the actual day of the service and the lack of respect in answering and attending my calls in a professional manner,(in one occasion phone rang for 2to 3 mins and then was picked up and then dropped to end the call. A really stressful long day with a massive overcharged bill thrown in. Needless to say it’s the first and last time I’ll ever take my car to Stoneacre Bfd Road Cleckheaton.
