I put a deposit on a car on 24/10/24 the vehicle needed a new gearbox which had been done but doesn't take 3 months, I got rhe car as I am disabled and need something to get a mobility scooter in which they knew, the repairs that needed done were not carried out so I cannot get the scooter into it, I have tried to contact them and get no reply, they are not interested in helping the customers to resolve issues, I will now be getting in touch with trading standards to take action on this garage.
