Bought a car in January 2025 with an 18 month Handler Protect warranty, Tony told us the warranty would be sent by post to our home address within 7-10 days, but it hadn't arrived so we called them several times and they said they would look into it, but nothing !! now they won't even answer the phone to us. They have not fulfilled their part of the deal.
