Dreadful!

They promise all… So be mindful. I was assured as an “RAC approved dealer” anything that was necessary to the car would be done before I collected it. I paid for the car in full in advance because apparently the person who deals with the financing was travelling to Lanzarote on the morning I was traveling to Glasgow from Exeter to collect the car. I viewed the service book in the office and questioned the timing belt when I saw it was dated 17.11.16 so Scott looked it up on his computer and assured me the timing belt was in date as it was 10 years. I have since checked this out with both VW main dealer and VW approved dealer and the information provided by this company is incorrect!. The timing belt should have been replaced after 5 years !. So be very thoughtful …. Record any conversations and get everything in writing they make claim to before considering buying anything off this company. Ensure you are aware of their full terms of the warranty and the professional motor organisation they are affiliated too! should you need to resort to an ombudsman. After reading this I trust you will be aware of this company. They sound very plausible on the phone and promise so much in the office until there is an issue so be warned!.
