Poor dealership no organisation

Having seen a good priced vehicle on line I contacted dealership to see If vehicle still available to be told it was. I arranged to view the vehicle on site at 10am the next morning and was told the vehicle was held for me. 20 mins later I received a call from Philip to be advised that he would be dealing with me the following morning and to ask for him upon arrival. The following morning my wife and I were travelling the 60 miles to the viewing when approx 1 hour before the agreed viewing we received a call to state that the car had just been sold to someone else! Obviously baffled how this could have happened I complained and asked for an explanation upon why this had been allowed to happen. An hour later I received a call from Dominic with a feeble excuse that firstly the guy who took my original call to arrange viewing hasn’t followed procedure by not taking a reservation deposit and that Philip was new to business and hadn’t again requested deposit. He stated that both had been spoken with to advise how to deal with situation in future, he then apologised and wished me a good weekend! Overall not sure how an alleged dealership can operate in this way and make so many mistakes and treat customers this way, a wasted journey and time. Looking at past reviews this is not the first time an instance of this nature as occurred therefore I would avoid this dealership as clearly only interested in selling vehicles and no staff training and procedures to allow instances like this occurring.
