Bought a van over the phone

I bought a van unseen over the phone as I am over 5 hours away from Vanfair. Lynn was great to deal with and sent me plenty of videos of the transit and all the information I needed to make the purchase. They also set me up with a great finance company and organised delivery to me up north. Everything was as described and am really happy with the van. Would definitely recommend using Vanfair, even if you are miles away! Thanks guys! P.S. there were no issues to resolve, I accidentally pressed five stars on that section below anyway!
