Horrific place

The car was advertised as having full service history, timing chain changed, pictures looked immaculate. I arrived for my appointment and car was being cleaned. Told it was damp and wet inside due to this. Signed the paperwork and given nothing but a receipt, no manuals, no service history proof, no receipts for timing chain, told he'd contact the lady and get the proof (I'd already paid the man £4,250) Thank God it rained on my way home, as the damp and wet was due to a massive leak in the back of the car. The footwell was soaked, squelching water when touched! Refused to give me my money back until I explained my consumer rights, even then tried to charge me for the advertising costs and that now there was an extra owner on the log book. Turns out he hadn't even registered the car in my name!
