good cars poor after sales

my daughter bought a car had a couple of issues one with a headlamp and another with air con. try to say they change the headlamp but my father work at a garage and they never change it' secondly had a air con leak which was checked out before contacting car of conwy and found out the air con pipe was faulty and told the garage the repair was never done as they only filed it up with gas and now empty do not trust the after sales would go and say it a con
