Disgraceful company

I bought my car I 2023, last October the engin failed . It appears the DPF has been drilled through and the sensor capped off. Leaving me owing £10k. The warranty sold to me is not valid due to the DPF. I emailed them a few times and have been trying to call and left messages. I received no response. I have now seen the complaints about this. company. These people should not be allowed to run a car dealership.
