Do not trust them! How on earth there are AA certified is beyond me! If you don't buy the extended warranty then they do not want to know. Purchased a car from them 3/4 weeks ago and on the same day we had to take it back due to a terrible noise the wheel was making. Promised to speak to the mechanic and get back to us. Guess what? We had to call them in the end, promised to get back to us, didn't.... drove down to speak to malik who palmed us over to abra, promised to get the car in by Tuesday, never got the call, then made contact again and again told it would he early next week and nothing! Ended up taking to my mums garage to be looked at only to find out its got a bent wheel flange and is now in for repair
