Awful customer service

What was supposed to be an exciting time buying my new car was nothing but a huge disappointment. Started off with a rattle on the test drive, the car had only just come in so hadn’t been prepped so I allowed for that. The rattle was supposedly a loose wheel arch cover which was apparently fixed however on the first weekend that I picked the car up it was no different. Car went back to garage and they then said it was a vent on the front bonnet. Communication was awful, chasing up emails 3 times as no response, phone calls not returned, no internal communication either as no one knew what was happening with the car. I then needed to replace the battery at a cost of £270 after just 3 months and they weren’t prepared to cover the costs. Avoid at all costs, the after sales is atrocious, no interest once they’ve got your money.
