Avoid con artists

Avoid this garage as was quoted one price over the phone and upon collection invoice as £102 more, claimed to be VAT the difference however when challenged the owner became rude and abusive leaving me with no choice but to pay the overinflated bill, whilst this was going on another chap was ordered to block my car in and held it to ransom, next time I will only use one of the national outfits as what they quote you generally pay. This business needs looking at and I will be reporting to the motoring ombudsman as have never dealt with such a shady outfit before, having read other reviews I gave them the benefit of the doubt but shall never darken their door again
