Terrible Service - Beware !

This dealership is so lame its shocking. Its surposingly a main dealership not a back street garage, but you dont get any main dealer service or standards and definitely no respect as a customer. The sale people, Gary and Kyle are so rude, so lame, they cannot read and answer simple email. Ive refrained from reviewing the dealership for 2 months but you know when someone is taking the ........... I've sent approx. 12 email enquiries asking for questions to be answered so that I can order a vehicle., I've left 7 telephone messages for the sales manager to call me but neither have been bothered to reply. What service would you receive after delivery of a vehicle? Ive had to complain to Ford head office and leasing.com as I dont feel this dealership should be representing either. This review is not for my benefit, but yours, so read it and believe it. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but have too to get passed this page. And Sales manager, don't give me a standard boot licking reply to this email. You well and truly are aware that you have ignored all my messages!
